Jamaica produces what is regarded by many as the best coffee in the world, period. If you didn't know that before, now you know! Of the coffee produced in the Jamaica, Blue Mountain coffee, the classification of coffee grown in the high Blue Mountain region of Jamaica is the best. It is quite expensive and highly sought after - just ask any Japanese coffee drinker.

Jamaican Cocoa and its chocolate derivative is also well regarded around the world and has had a long and interesting history including a role in the creation of the world famous Cadbury line of chocolate (that short bit of history can be read just below the 'Water Valley' virtual tour update).

This months update of the Virtual tour captures one particular Blue mountain coffee brand, Amber Estate, growing at the Abbey Green farm in St. Thomas, the highest farm in Jamaica and also of cocoa growing at one of the largest cocoa farms in Jamaica at Water Valley in St. Mary.
